I have a few philosophies about coffee and relationships...
I love coffee. Now, I'm not cool enough to drink my coffee black, maybe one day... but a little bit of flavored cream and I am one happy girl. There is nothing more calming and inviting than a house that smells of coffee in the morning; Having time to sit with a cup in company or in solitude is always rejuvenating. Coffee promotes conversation, encourages friendships and carries with it a sense of intentionality. If someone invites you to get coffee, it isn't because they are thirsty, they want to spend time with you. I love that! There are no time constraints on 'grabbing a cup of coffee', you could end up spending hours with someone. I also love how simple coffee is; a mug, coffee and voila you've created atmosphere!
